HIRE AGREEMENT & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Including Terms and Conditions of Hire
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the Equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

Inflatable Equipment will be fully secured to the ground at all times during use as per the manufacturers’ recommendations.

Ensure that the area around the unit is completely clear at all time.

Do not allow anyone on the Equipment during inflation or deflation.
-
A responsible Adult (17+) must supervise the equipment when in use.
-
Do not allow Children & Adults on the Inflatable at the same time unless for the sole purpose of assisting a child.
-
Please ensure that participants are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately with nothing in their pockets.
-
Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
-
Avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time.
-
No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on the Inflatable.
-
Strictly no face paints allowed on the inflatables, the hirer will be liable for repairs and cleaning of any stains caused.

All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the equipment.

No smoking or barbeques near or within an unsafe distance of the equipment.
-
Always ensure that the Inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it.

Always ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

No pets, toys or sharp instruments are allowed on Inflatable equipment
-
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step.

Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems or any medical condition which could reasonably be aggravated by using the equipment is allowed on the Inflatable.

Do not allow children around the back of Inflatables unsupervised

The Inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area or in the event of rain, the unit should not be used.

In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately.

No person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or prescribed and/or non prescribed drugs and/or any other intoxicating substance will use or supervise the Equipment.

DISCLAIMER - Please note that all persons using the equipment do so at their own risk.
The person/s or organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using the equipment.

Bookings, Payments & Fees
By placing an order with us—whether online, by email, or verbally—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions of Hire.

A non-refundable 20% booking fee is required at the time of booking.

We may update prices at any time without prior notice.

All remaining balances must be paid in full 14 days before the event (unless you hold an approved account facility).

We reserve the right to request full payment in advance and to refuse setup if payment has not been received by the deadline.

Delivery and collection times are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delays, Access & Setup

The hire period is as agreed at the time of booking.
-
If access is restricted, or if unnecessary delays occur during delivery or collection, a fee of £30 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.
-
This fee will also apply when ball-pool balls are not bagged and ready for collection.

Customers must clearly provide setup location details, access information, and preferred delivery/collection times at the time of booking (via online options, email, or verbal confirmation).

Events beyond our control
If an event outside our control—such as traffic, vehicle breakdown, or adverse weather—prevents us from fulfilling your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we cannot proceed, or if arrival is delayed by more than one hour, we will refund any hire fees paid (excluding delivery fees).
No additional compensation will be issued.

Refund Processing
If a refund is due, it will be processed within 14 working days. Refund times may vary depending on your card issuer.

Cancellations

Customer Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Notice Period Fee
Over 8 weeks before event25% of order value
Within 8 weeks35% of order value
Within 6 weeks50% of order value
Within 4 weeks75% of order value
Within 10 days100% of order value
If we cannot deliver or set up due to insufficient space, lack of access, or unsuitable site conditions, the booking fee is non-refundable and any outstanding balance remains payable.

Our Cancellations (Adverse Weather)
If we cancel due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, your 20% booking fee and any remaining balance paid will be refunded in full within 5–10 working days.

Weather-Related Customer Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations due to weather.
If you choose to cancel because of weather, this will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation, and any outstanding balance must be paid within 7 days.
